The rooms were very comfortable, we could park nearby, and the bathroom was excellent; the hotel's location in the Centro district was convenient.

the hotel had well sized bedrooms. the location was particularly good, just a pleasant stroll away from a catholic cathedral. moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 700 feet of the venue. what's more, there was a train station close to the property.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the historical sites worth visiting in the old city center of Vitoria. I was impressed by the service provided by the staff - they were always friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. When my sink broke, they immediately offered me another room and apologized for the inconvenience. The price of the hotel was also very reasonable, making it even more appealing.

During my recent Christmas stay, I found that the hotel offered some great amenities like central location which made it easy to access almost every historical site worth visiting. the hotel had a reasonable price which was great for my budget. Lastly, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made every effort to accommodate me even though we didn't share the same language.

On the other hand, I had a few concerns with the hotel such as the insecurity feeling I got from the location and the parking lot which wasn't at the hotel. some aspects of the hotel such as the room quality and cleanliness could be improved as they were a bit old and not always up to standard.

One evening, I accidentally broke the sink in my room, but the staff immediately provided me with another room and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Their kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the city and visiting historical sites. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Cannes Palace and had a wonderful experience. My stay was for 3 nights and my purpose was to explore the historical sites in the city. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to visit all the important landmarks in Vitória, and it was conveniently close to Vila Velha as well. The price was very reasonable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. When I had an issue with a broken sink in my room, they quickly resolved the problem by offering me another room. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, affordability, and excellent service.

We didn't feel very secure walking to and from the parking lot at night, so we would recommend being cautious if you plan to stay here. Additionally, the sockets were poorly placed in the rooms and there were some issues with the sink in one of the rooms we stayed in.
